Avocado & Cucumber Salad


Ingredients:


  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1/2 Cup cucumber

  • 1/4 Cup red onion

  • 1/3 Cup tomatoes

  • 1/2 Tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

  • Salt & pepper to taste


Directions:


Cut veggies and mix all ingredients together in a small mixing bowl. Enjoy as a side to a high protein meal!
